The Millionaire #4
$16 Dating back to 1937 this variation has a nice balance between sweet, tart and strong. Kraken Dark Rum, Hayman's Sloe Gin, XO Apricot Brandy and fresh lime juice are vigorously shaken to perfection.
Black Misty Monday
$16 Hennessey VS, Quinta De La Rosa Tawny Port, Pinot Noir and fresh lemon juice are shaken with our house-made root ginger and cinnamon syrups to create this dark, moody libation.
East India Cocktail
$16 The Original East India cocktail
recipe first appeared in Harry Johnson's book 'New and Improved
Bartender's Manual' in 1882 and was an amalgamation of liquors from
many parts of the world. The East India region was originally
composed of not only India, but also Burma, Malaya, Singapore, and
all other British colonies in and around this area.
It was a hub of trade activity and this is reflected in this
cocktail's mix of international liquors including Hennessey Cognac,
Cointreau and maraschino liqueur.
Hanami
$17 In Japan, the beginning of spring is
celebrated with family, friends or colleagues underneath the cherry
blossom in parks throughout the nation. This celebration is called
'Hanami'.
Muddled morello cherries, Suishin Sake, St. Germain Elderflower
Liqueur, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur combined with lemon juice,
cranberry juice and egg white.

Blood and Sand
$18 Named after the 1922 Rudolph Valentino
movie of the same name. The film tells the story of a young
bullfighter rising from a poor background only to be defeated by
his own ambition.
Chivas Regal 18 year old Scotch shaken with fresh orange juice,
sweet vermouth, and XO cherry brandy.
Isla Bank
$18 Belvedere Vodka, fresh pressed lime juice and mint square off against the smokiness of Laphroaig 10 year old Single Malt Scotch. Shaken and served over crushed ice. In memory of Ron Lindsay.
The Negroni
$18 It is widely believed that this drink
was created and named for Count Cammillo Negroni in the 1920's when
he ordered an Americano with Gin at Cafe Casoni in Florence,
Italy.
Today Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth are lovingly stirred and
finished with a twist of fresh orange.
Bacon & Maple Old Fashioned
$18 An interesting take on the Kentucky classic; bacon infused Maker's Mark bourbon stirred with a dash of maple syrup, old fashioned bitters and finished with a caramelised orange peel.
The Stolen Zombie

cocktail recipe (dating back to 1934) It was originally developed
by Don Beach, whose penchant for secrecy when it came to his
recipes almost condemned the true Zombie to the dustbin of
